An honorable thanksgiving by an honourable heart

Honorable Obiajulu Princess Ugwu, The member representing Enugu South Rural Constituency at the Enugu State House of Assembly (ENHA) and Deputy Chief Whip of the State Assembly sings praises in church Thanksgiving.

 
It is always important to remember and appreciate God’s help on our journey towards success in life. On this day December 3, 2023, Honorable Obiajulu Princess Ugwu, the chief deputy whip, Enugu house of Assembly and her team attended the Thanksgiving service at Grace of God mission one-day branch, Enugu Diocese, to express their gratitude to Almighty God for His assistance in her life, particularly for her victory in the election. The man of God, bishop Charles, mentioned that she had come to the church for prayers before starting her campaign journey and promised to return to thank God. Now that God has helped her win, she has returned, similar to the one leper out of the nine that Jesus healed, to thank and appreciate God’s help in her life.
 
Hon. Obiajulu Princess Ugwu stated that though Hon. Chimaobi Sam Atu, the member representing Enugu North / Enugu South Federal Constituency under the Labour Party, was not physically present but was fully represented. The honorable in the event led an intense praise section to further show her gratitude to God.
 
This attitude shown by Honorable Obiajulu Princess Ugwu and her colleague, Honorable Chimaobi Sam Atu, is worth emulating by leaders. It is one thing to reach the top, and it requires humility and a grateful heart to remember and fully appreciate the God who has helped you reach the heights and position where you currently are.
