Yesterday was an emotional and inspiring moment for Ndi Enugu. It marked the conclusion of the 2nd edition of the scholarship examination process, with the award of WAEC/NECO scholarships to 237 successful students from 28 public secondary schools in Enugu North and South Federal Constituency. This award covers their WAEC/NECO registration fees and other levies.
This process promotes a healthy academic culture among children in public schools and alleviates some burdens on parents. It was a happy moment, listening to the provoking stories from students who secured the Chimaobi Sam Atu Foundation’s SSCE scholarship on merit. I saw hopes in their faces and determination in their voices.
You have gone beyond being a public servant; your hard work proves your sincere love. We are not disappointed. For you, it’s common sense, not politics. I can freely call you honourable because you’ve proven yourself worthy of it. You are the definition of honourable.
